Shinrin-Yoku: Forest Bathing at Olbrich Botanical Gardens' tropical indoor Bolz Conservancy

In Japanese Shinrin-Yoku loosely means, “forest bathing,” or immersing oneself in the atmosphere of nature. An introductory 30-minute talk provides insight to Shinrin-Yoku, followed by a gentle, slow-moving, and silent walk through the gardens. Your guide will provide the prompts that make this a deeply sensorial experience. Take-home prompts and a light refreshment will be provided. This class will take place in the Bolz Conservatory.
