Private Forest Bathing Experience for Rob & Dina & Friends

Hello Dina, Rob & Friends! 

I look forward to guiding your Shinrin-Yoku, aka forest bathing, experience! 

exactly is it, you ask? It is immersing oneself in the atmosphere of Nature to activate and become alive in our senses, find stillness, just BE-ingness and connection.

When we gather, I'll give a brief intro, and then we'll hop into the slow-going, silent walk, during which I will provide prompts for nature connection that also benefit your health and wellbeing. I'll serve a light refreshement at the end. Bring a water bottle if you'd like to sip along the way. 

Please dress for the weather, and the bugs. I guide walks rain or shine!Tick season is already upon us in wisconsin.  Think light colors, long pants and shirts, your fave bugspray (if you desire. I have yoga mat squares, but feel free to bring your own situpon if you would like one. I like to sit on the ground or a log, so I am directly connected to the earth. 

In the event of a thunderstorm we will wait it out as the cell passes. If the warnings are severe, or other dangerous weather is forecast, I'll be in touch with Rob & Dina, and we'll work on a reschedule. 

We'll meet promptly to get started at 2pm. 

Meeting place: MMSD Jackson Woods School Forest / Olson Oak State Natural Area daylot parking.  Daylot is on the east side of the road. If you get to the school forest's campground, you've gone 1/4 mile too far south. 

Each walk requires that I ask guests to fill out the confidential health awareness assessment, and the participant agreement liability/waiver form. Bring any fast-acting medications you may need with you (Epi-Pen, for ex.) Please follow these links to the forms.
